Our Community
Community Initiatives: Fall
At Westpoint Skincare, belonging goes beyond beauty: it’s about standing together for causes that truly matter. This September, we are honoured to walk alongside our community in acts of care, courage, and compassion.
Fundraising to End Cancer & The Terry Fox Run

We proudly join the Terry Fox Run, carrying forward Terry’s vision of resilience, hope, and unity. By fundraising to end cancer, we honour those touched by the disease and contribute to a future filled with more healing, more research, and more life. Every step we take together is a step toward change.
Volunteering with Lumara: Grief & Bereavement Care Society

Westpoint is also deeply committed to supporting emotional wellness. This month, we volunteer with Lumara, a society dedicated to grief and bereavement care. Their compassionate programs bring comfort and healing to families navigating loss. We are humbled to contribute to a mission that mirrors our belief in intentional care, connection, and community.
The Alouette River: Protecting Our Salmon Heritage
This fall, we are volunteering with the annual salmon spawning count in Maple Ridge, British Columbia; it's an inspiring initiative that helps researchers monitor the health of the Alouette Watershed and its salmon populations.
The Alouette River provides vital spawning grounds for all five species of Pacific Salmon, with annual returns that can exceed 300,000 fish. These salmon are not only a symbol of renewal but also an essential part of a balanced, thriving ecosystem.
Yet, this unique watershed faces growing threats from urban development and floodplain loss to the pressures of recreation and climate change. Through our volunteer work we’re helping support data collection that guides conservation strategies and long-term protection efforts.
At Westpoint, we believe in caring for what sustains us: from the health of your skin to the health of our planet. By studying salmon populations and raising awareness for conservation, we hope to help preserve this irreplaceable habitat for generations to come.
Because caring for nature is the purest form of beauty.
A Legacy of Belonging
Beautiful skin is just the start. At Westpoint, we believe real glow comes from supporting and honouring each other. That’s why 10% of our profits go to local charities, helping to build stronger, brighter communities.
